As former students, we know the hassle of storing belongings during academic transitions. Options were limited, expensive, and often inconvenient, leaving us to haul all heavy items to home as only option. It was this shared struggle that sparked the idea for SiswaStorage.
We founded SiswaStorage to address this challenge. By providing free boxes, easy pickup, and secure storage facilities, we’ve made it simple and stress-free for students to store their items and focus on their break.
Our mission is to turn a common inconvenience into a seamless experience. We’ve been in your shoes, and now we’re here to help, ensuring your belongings are safe and accessible when you need them.

If I no longer live in campus college after my academic transition, can you return-deliver to different place?Yes, you can. Please notify us at-least 2 days before your chosen return date arrives. Additional charge of RM10-50 may be imposed (depending on distance from campus).

Can I choose whichever pickup and return-delivery date that I want?No. You can only choose designated slots of dates and times.

Do SiswaStorage provide door-to-door service?Door-to-door is subjected to RM15 (unlimited number of item)

Is SiswaStorage affiliated with any university?No, we are an independently owned, third-party moving and storage service.

Where will you pickup and return items?Pickup: our team will pickup at foyer area. Our team will wait maximum of 30 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. Extra charges will be imposed for re-arrangement of time. Return: our team will drop off items at initial pickup place.

What are prohibited items that I cannot store?Prohibited items include: -Drugs -Alcohols -High-valuable items like laptop, handphone, jewelry, camera, or drone.

Do you supply unlimited boxes?We supply free up to 3 boxes. Additional boxes will be charged RM5 each.

What happens if I need my items back earlier?Contact us, and we’ll arrange an early return of your belongings for a small fee.

Where is the storage facility located?Your belongings are stored in secure facilities in Petaling Jaya and Kajang.

How do I book a storage service?1. Scroll to "make a booking" page 2. Select the items you wish to store and numbers of items 3. Click "choose your item" 4. Confirm your items and click "checkout" 5. Fill up your booking details

What payment methods do you accept?We accept: Debit/credit cards E-wallets such as Touch ‘n Go and GrabPay Payments to be made online upon checking out on our website. We do not accept in-hand cash payment.

When do I pay?Payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. You’ll receive an invoice with the payment details after completing the booking process.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Terms and conditions apply.

Do you provide a payment receipt?Yes, a detailed receipt will be emailed to you after payment is confirmed.
